Emma Burke serves as the Laboratory Administrative Assistant for EquineIVF, where she plays a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of the company and supports both the administrative and laboratory teams.

Emma assists with client communication, scheduling, reproductive service bookings, logistics coordination, and overall office management, helping ensure smooth operations for EquineIVF clients and staff nationwide. In addition to her administrative responsibilities, she also assists within the laboratory environment and contributes to the coordination and organization required for EquineIVF’s advanced reproductive services.

Growing up around horses her entire life, Emma Burke developed a passion for the equine industry at a very young age. With 17 years of experience in barrel racing, horses have always been at the center of her life and continue to inspire both her personal and professional goals. Through years spent competing, riding, and caring for horses, Emma built a strong appreciation for the dedication and attention required to support equine athletes and their owners.

Emma graduated from Sam Houston State University with a bachelor’s degree in Animal Science and a minor in Equine Science. During her education, she gained valuable knowledge in animal care, equine management, and the science behind the industry she has always loved. Her lifelong hands-on experience combined with her academic background allows her to bring both compassion and understanding to her role at Equine IVF, LLC.

Emma joined the Equine IVF team with excitement for the opportunity to continue learning and growing within the reproductive industry while being surrounded by the animals she is most passionate about. She enjoys building relationships with clients, supporting the team, and being part of a program dedicated to the advancement of equine reproduction.

Outside of work, Emma enjoys barrel racing, spending time with horses, photography, and making memories with her fiancé, family, and friends.
